Expanding Our Line of Power Products
As we looked to expand our offering of power solutions, we began searching for a partner that shared similar values and culture. In 1994, East Penn Manufacturing acquired Power Battery Sales as a wholly owned subsidiary, allowing us to expand our product line to include material handling, telecommunications, UPS backup and renewable energy applications.

Today, we are proud that East Penn is recognized as the industry leader in the manufacturing of battery power in North America. In addition, East Penn Canada is a Master Redistributor for Duracell® and Procell® alkaline batteries.
